- With extensive experience in the aged care industry, both in senior operational roles and consulting, our team is well positioned to support residential aged care providers who are required (often at short notice) to appoint an Eligible Advisor and or Administrator. Our Advisory Team are well qualified with hands on experience in all aspects of clinical and operational residential aged care management.
- In addition to addressing sanctions and compliance challenges, we have played a key role in supporting Providers through major remediation projects. Our experience extends to assisting Providers as they navigate variation to provider conditions and respond effectively to Required Action Notices and Notices to Produce.
- All consultants are experienced and insured as appropriate, are Resident focussed, and experienced in mitigating serious risk.
- We have experienced consultants in both Residential and Home and Community services.
